One of Malawi’s luxury and hospitality service providers, Amaryllis Hotel has become the first hotel to introduce a mobile application.
In an interview with Prime Time News, the hotel’s Sales and Marketing Manager Khaira Surtee said the Mobile application has been developed in order to reach out to many of their potential and current customers easily.
Surtee said at the click of a button, one is able to simple see all the offers and promotions that the five star hotel is currently running, book accommodation or make a dinner reservation.
The Sales and Marketing Manager further told this publication that the main aim of this innovation was to make a platform for their patrons which is easy to use and provides all the information needed.
“As a team we brainstormed the ways in which we can become more accessible, improve our reach and make things easier for the customer/client in terms of accessing information, inquires or keeping up with everything at Amaryllis,” said Surtee.
She added that with this new digital innovation, the facility is so hopeful that it will make some more customers and in the process boosting their daily sales.
“This will attract more bookings, bring excitement and create more awareness for the property and therefore we are extremely excited to have launched this revolutionary modern Application,” she added.
Surtee continued to say Amaryllis Hotel has partnered with numerous organizations and individuals to promote local talent and arts within Malawi and says they have since lined up a wide array of various events before the year end.
She has since promised a superb festive season this year claiming the facility is making good plans on how it will bring more fun and excitement to their customers as one way of appreciating the cordial relationship.
Amaryllis Hotel offers rooms and suites, restaurants, banquet and conference rooms, a pool and a fitness centre.
